Hi @DOCTOR_Z3R0,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Victus Gaming Laptop after changing the fans. It sounds like the problem may be related to the keyboard connector or connections within the laptop. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Connections: Make sure that all internal connections, especially the keyboard connector, are securely attached. Sometimes, a loose connection can result in certain keys not working.

Re-seat Keyboard Ribbon Cable: Open your laptop carefully and ensure that the keyboard ribbon cable is fully seated and secure. You may have inadvertently disturbed the connection during fan replacement.

Driver Update: Make sure your laptop's keyboard drivers are up to date. You can check for updates on the HP Support website.

External Keyboard Test: If possible, try connecting an external keyboard to your laptop. If the external keyboard works, this is an indication that the issue is specific to the laptop's built-in keyboard.

Hardware Damage: If none of the steps above work, there might be damage to the keyboard hardware.

I hope this helps.
