Try undervolting with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility OR Throttlestop. DON'T use both at the same time though. This can reduce your temperatures by 10 to 15 degrees.

 

There are plenty of guides on the internet how to undervolt your CPU. Also, it's perfectly safe, so don't worry, you cannot mess it up as long as you stick with the guides.

 

Repasting the thermal compound and using a cooling pad might be other options as well.

 

This is of course assuming you have no hardware issues.
