I bought a laptop about four months ago and it's called HP ENVEY X360 CONVERTIBLE 15m-dsoxxx and the weather was a little cold on a certain day and I haven't used/opened the laptop for two weeks and then when I turned it on it refused to open then I plugged it in and turned it on it opened but it doesn't charge and when I looked at the battery states it said there is no battery, the battery is 100% dead and it says it's not enough and now when i turn it on it repeatedly restart within 5 minutes or when i connect it to the phone with a cable, sometimes it restarts a little later on its own/without my permission and i thought maybe there is an update that I haven't installed but it doesn't then i go to computer management then event viewer then system to check why its restart then i see warning- distributedcom (dcom) error and the hp community please tell me how to solve this problem🙏🙏🙏🙏
