Hi guys so my gaming laptop is hp omen 15 ek1009tx that have i7 108700h(45w) and rtx 3070 (140w max) with 200w ac adopter. But in most games I only get around 40-50 fps even after lowering the quality of the games am playing. I saw other people get more than 100 fps playing the same games with the same pc specs. I also installed throttle stop and disabled BD PROCHOT which got me the same performance as those people but i am scared to continue disabling it.Any advice to improve my fps?
