Hello I need help I have an hp zbook g6 17, I turned it off normally then by turning it back on it makes a mistake and starts again without displaying anything and the caplock button flashes once, in the maintenance manual it says '' processor does not executing code '' I tried to remove the battery and hold several minutes the power button but it always does the same thing. Thank you for helping me
