hello i can t use my hp cool sens ( your product does not support hp coolsense ) and my omen does not support the new version of omen command center (omen laptop 2016 )

pls help me

It clearly says machine does not have hardware to support Coolsense. For OCC, I don't know why it does not support older machines. That's life perhaps

i can just give you another info but i don't think it has a relation to the problem when i bought my pc omen it was on windows after i installed linux but i was not satisfied with linux so i reinstalled windows
