I can't use my touchpad and keyboard while playing games like garrys mod, btw im using a omen hp laptop 15-ce198wm

This is a common issue with Synaptics touchpads. You can try disabling Synaptics Palmcheck, but I have this problem too and that did not fix that.

I strongly NOT recommend to downgrade the synaptics driver. There are more drawbacks than benefit. You 'll have severe stability issues and a lot of incompatibility. (I tried by myself)
