i don't find in omen command center or Omen Gaming HUB button or way for change fan speed it's between 97 to 100 C

Thank you for the information.
There is no feature available to control the fan speed on the Omen command center for your computer model.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link for the overheating issue and check if it helps.

Intel: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp102001-102500/sp102185.exe
Nvidia: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp99501-100000/sp99570.exe

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to find options for changing the fan speed in the Omen command center.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link for the overheating issue.

Yes, you can download it from HP support assistant however, I recommend you download it manually and install it on the computer.
Also, help me with the product number of your computer.
