Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0017nw

this happened just randomly everything was fine before but now it lags on 1000hz polling rate on 500hz its fine it only happens in some games its really annoying when i have 80+ fps and i move my mouse and get like 8 fps its unplayable

my specs
cpu : amd ryzen 5 3550H

gpu : nvidia gtx 1050 3gb vram

12 gig of ram

 

also the mouse i use is wired model O
