hello everyone, this problem has been bothering me for 2 years now, and it very inconsistent (and that what made it annoying because i can't predict when it will happen), and there's different BSOD like : KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDELED,, INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDELED,,DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER ...etc and its driving my insane.

so i realized that it only happen while playing games, so i downloaded bluescreenview and it turn out that there's a few files that cause crashing, these files are : ntoskrnl.exe, nvlddmkm.sys and few others, they are the reason behind the BSOD, i looked up the problems surrounding these files and all of them are about memory  and graphic card driver, i've installed and re-installed the the latest driver many times and i've done a lot of tests and diagnoses and the reports didn't show any errors or issues, i've tested memtest86, SFC scan, DISM, Driver Verifier and many others tests and everything is fine, i also changed my hardisk to an SSD few months back and the problem is still present, i updated the chipsets and the BIOS, as i said, the problem is very inconsistent, it may appear once every 3 months and sometimes appears multiple times a week, its really tiresome.

here are my dump files :

also a side question, is there a chance that the problem will be solved if i replaced the stock ram with a newer set ?.

thanks in advance.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I would suggest performing a system factory reset will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted and outdated software will be removed.

While doing the recovery there is an option to backup your personal files. If you have not previously done one now is a good time.

Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows )You can also contact HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Good one, I had no idea about this trick. Make sense if it works pretty well. Thanks!
