It does not exist, only the laptops of the business line has in the BIOS that function, other laptops may have adaptive battery, which regulates the charge according to the use that you give to the laptop.

I do not know, but at the moment none have that function and I see very difficult in the future they use as I said adaptive batteries that are regulated according to their use and I think HP found that solution for u higher performance of your batteries, like you compare for example an Iphone you can not regulate the load is regulated according to the use of load that you give.
