You're very welcome, Jordan.

That is correct.

According to the Crucial website, the notebook will support 2 x 32 GB of DDR5-5600 memory.

But the official HP specs do indicate that 32 GB is the max.

Crucial is usually always right on.

The processor specs indicate that it will support up to 192 GB of DDR5-5600 memory.

Hi, Jordan:

The service manual on your notebook's support page is out of date and only covers the 17-ck0xxx model series.

OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 - Setup and User Guides | HP® Support

According to chapter 1 of that manual, the notebook supports 2 x 16 GB of memory.

The Crucial memory report for the model series indicates that it will support 2 x 32 GB of DDR5-5600 memory.

Oh amazing news, just one last question.

Worse case if the laptop turns out to not actually support 64GB or any laptop in fact.

What would happen if I turn it on with unsupported max ram?

Most likely there will only be two outcomes.

You install 64 GB of memory, and the notebook won't boot up.

You install 64 GB of memory, and the notebook will run fine.

Once in a very blue moon, the notebook will boot up and have major issues with crashes, freezes, etc.

You won't damage anything by installing 64 GB of memory in the first two scenarios but running the notebook where it constantly crashes and whatnot is generally not a good idea, and you wouldn't want to anyway.

Amazing thank you so so much for your help and blazing quick reply back. I shall soon purchase 64GB of DDR5 ram and go from there.

Many thanks
