hello all, 

it's been more than 2 month I have bought an hp omen laptop, eligible for the free code to download read dead redemption 2, i did not received any email.

after chatting with hp support, the assistant write me to ask to nvidia support..don't know why.. from nvidia support they sent me back to hp support,it's not an nvidia promo and now the assistant closed the ticket asking me to contact hp sales.

I feel a bit teased. it is the second time i need assistance  and it's the second time they sent me to other customer care..

I' ve drained my wallet to buy an high end gaming laptop, a little bit of care will be appreciated..and don't close a ticket without resolving ..

@angewolf I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
