hello

Hp support team

i have been using this laptop since 2019

i have changed the thermal paste about 3 times one time for each year

before about 2 weeks i tryed to change thermal paste and every thing is ok when i try to open the laptop and booting and everything is normal but after about 10 minutes the screen turns off or if  i just open any any game the screen directly turns off altough the screen is off the laptop is still working i hear the fans sound and the keyboard led is working except the screen

i brought the laptop to Computer Maintence shop

they tryed every thing they also tested the whole motherboard they didn't know the solution

i have watched the temp of cpu and gpu  it is fine even i whatch it when i am opening a game

the computer maintance Shop said to me

that i have changed the thermal paste with the   The battery is connected which made a short circuit to motherboard

i even tryed to re-install Gpu software

this probleam even happen to me when i was in bios settings

i tryed to clean Ram

fans working fine

temp is fine

everything is ok

i don't know why this is happening to me

i don't know what should i do 

Is it never repairable?

please Hp support team
