my computer is lagging when i plug the charger in and it has bad graphics and i also want to install all the drivers because when iyt came to me i did not have any and i had to install them online and it also keeps tellng me that i dont have a warranty although i still have one for 2 years. i also noticed that the cpu drops power when it is put on the charger so can anybody plz help me. thank you in advance.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is lagging when you connect the charger.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you using the charger which was shipped with the computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

 

Also, you can download and install all the drivers for your computer from the above link.

Thank you for reviewing my post. I have installen all drivers from there and the charger came with the laptop as well but when i bought they formated the original windows and installed the newest version of windows but with all this done it is still lagging so please help. And once again thank you for reviewing my post and trying to help me

hello thank you for the advice it turns out that there was a problem in the settings of the battery and i changed my charger too it works now so thank you for helping me.
