As mentioned above, my touchpad isnt working when i use the keyboard... The game needed the use of both devices to play. When using external mouse, it works just fine. I troednsearching for solution, but most requires the access to synaptic settings which i cant find in my notebook... I'll be grateful to receive help from you guys.

What is the full model or product number of your laptop?

You can find it in the HP Support Assistant.

Go to the Start menu and navigate to H > HP Help and Support > HP Support Assistant and open it.

No, that is not the HP model. That is the Windows operating system product ID, totally different.

Please read my post again with the intructions and post the HP Product Number.

It will be 7 digits long with letters and numbers.

OK thanks. Your model is the HP Beats Special Edition 15-p016au Notebook.

If you type Device Manager into the Search bar and hit Enter, do you find the Synaptics device listed?...

If so, you should be able to access the settings.

Type touchpad settings in the Search bar and hit Enter.

In the new pop up window, click on Additional settings.
