If you spilled liquid on the keyboard, that same liquid most likely seeped into the laptop and damaged one or more of the internal components, so the keyboard is the least of your issues.
You would have to take this somewhere to have it disassembled and all the components checked for damage, as any number of them might need to be replaced.
This is not a simple or inexpensive operation, so expect to pay a LOT to have this done.
And if this is new enough to still be covered under the HP warranty, HP will not service this because this is considered "accidental damage" and is NOT covered by the warranty.
