Product: OMEN by HP 17-cb0050nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop has recently stopped charging when it's on but charges when its off, what does that mean? I have the Omen by HP 17-cb0050nr. It came with a 330w battery w/ barrel tip which I can't find anywhere is there an alternative that does not involve trusting eBay? I have had this laptop for about 3yrs so it's still fairly new to me. I really hope somebody can help me. Thank You.
