Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i dont know why is this thing happening its just suddenly my screen like this and i dont know how to call it its just like some weird horizontal flicker or glitch is this a software issue or a hardware and can i fix it by myself or i have to bring it to the service center?
