OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dh0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day.

My laptop started with a sound problem after a few days after a windows update.

Every time I play something through my internal speaker system there is loud popping and crackling noise.

 Is it a software problem or hardware problem, does any one know how to fix this problem,?

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
                https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107001-107500/sp107248.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.

Regards.

@Banhien

thanks for your support.

I've tried your instructions but didn't fix the issue.

Is there something else I can try?
