hi my omen command center doesnt work, only  if i restart the laptop it will enter the application showing the lowding screen/omen logo the mouse will be loading for 5 minutes and then the app close and if i tap on it again it will not open

Update bios to last version.I have this problem before , i update and problem is solved.

1.Go to : https://support.hp.com/us-en

2.Use mouse scroll down and see : 

Identify your product for manuals and specific product information , Enter your  your serial number or product name.( If you not know your serial or product name , press and hold FN+ESC same time system informations window is open)

3.After entering your serial/product number, your pc's all details is here.Go click Software,Drivers and Firmware tab.

4.All drivers last versions is here.Click BIOS and download it.After click setup .Its automatically update your BIOS don't close your PC manually.( In setup progress PC is restarting automatically 2-3 times no fear)

5.Have fun.
