Hi @jordyds97,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're encountering issues with the OMEN Gaming Hub on your HP gaming laptop, particularly with temperature monitoring and fan speed control for the CPU and GPU. This can be frustrating, but there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

  • Update OMEN Gaming Hub: Make sure you have the latest version of the OMEN Gaming Hub installed on your laptop. Sometimes, updates can address bugs and improve compatibility with your system.
  • Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause issues with temperature monitoring and fan control. Software and Drivers for OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-n0000
  • Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows 11 operating system is fully updated. Microsoft regularly releases updates that can address system stability and compatibility issues.
  • Check Background Processes: Sometimes, background processes or conflicting software can interfere with the proper functioning of system utilities like the OMEN Gaming Hub. Try closing unnecessary programs and background processes to see if it resolves the issue.
  • Reset OMEN Gaming Hub: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the OMEN Gaming Hub to its default settings. This may help resolve any configuration issues that could be causing the problem.
