Product: OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1029nb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey,

 

Does anybody has a solution for the problem with the omen gaming hub on windows 11.

My laptop is the omen 17 cb1029nb.

On new windows 11 laptops the omen gaming hub works but not on my laptop who has upgrade to windows 11.

 

My version of the omen gaming hub is 1101.2201.8.0.

 

On my friends laptops who has his laptop now 3 days or so it is version 110.8.2.0.

That version works on windows 11 but i can't find that version on the internet. 

 

Can somebody help me?

I upgraded my machine from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on 08-October-2021 and it also has OGH v 1101.2201.8.0 without any problem. What is the problem on your machine now ?

 

version 110.8.2.0 may only available on new machines.

Thank you for answering my question.

The omen gaming hub start to load but it does not start .

It is stuck on that screen ( see below ).

What can i do.

I deleted the omen hub and reinstalled it but still the same for months now.
