Hi @NiiOsa,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code NU80070422 on your OMEN by HP 16.1-inch Gaming Laptop usually indicates a problem related to the HP Gaming Hub or HP Omen Command Center software. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Restart Your Laptop:

  • Sometimes, a simple restart can clear temporary issues.

Update HP Gaming Hub/Command Center:

  • Open the Microsoft Store.
  • Search for HP Gaming Hub or HP Omen Command Center.
  • Check for any available updates and install them.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  • Click on Check for updates and install any pending updates.

Reinstall HP Gaming Hub/Command Center:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
  • Locate HP Gaming Hub or HP Omen Command Center in the list.
  • Select it and click Uninstall.
  • Restart your laptop.
  • Download and install the latest version from the HP website or Microsoft Store.

Check Services:

  • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
  • Type services.msc and press Enter.
  • Look for HP Omen Command Center Service.
  • Right-click on it and select Properties.
  • Ensure that the Startup type is set to Automatic.
  • If it’s not running, click Start.

Check Firewall/Antivirus Settings:

  • Ensure that your firewall or antivirus isn’t blocking the HP Gaming Hub or Command Center. Temporarily disable them to see if it resolves the issue.

System Restore:

  • If the error started recently, you might consider performing a System Restore to revert your laptop to a previous state when it was functioning correctly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
