hello Community of hp,
i have my laptop for a while now, and everything customized also my RGB lights on my keyboard, (zone 1 blue, zone 2 red, etc.)
yesterday i was playing a game and suddently the RGB lightning is switched to other colors on other zones.
i turned the laptop off, and today i turned it back on, all the colors are still diffrent then i used to have. but the strange thing is that when i try to change it back with the lighning studio on the command console, the lights don't change anymore. whatever color i select.
i tried to select all zones and turn it green, it won't work, the colors stay the same as they became yesterday.
is there someone who has this problem too or someone who knows what i'm doing wrong,
suggestions are welcome
can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong.

Its not you, its a glitch in the Omen Light studio. HP is aware of it and we are all waiting for a fix. There is no way for anyone to know when the fix will come out. HP has to identify the problem before they can write the fix.

All we can do is be patient. But I would report your experience on that link as well.
Also, in the Game Hub, there is an option to report problems to the Omen Team at the bottom left corner of the game hub window called Feedback. I would encourage you to do that also.
