Hi,

I'm looking for the best performing notebook HP, and I saw Omen model. I'm Italian so I visited Italian HP web site store and is avaible only this model: http://store.hp.com/ItalyStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=L2S17EA&opt=ABZ&sel=NTB#merch-marketing
Then I visited "hp.store.com" and I saw different models, everyone with a different price and features. The last store allows to choose additional features like 512 SSD or 16Gb ram or 4Gb dedicated to video card.
Could I understand why this difference? And if I want to personalize the Omen model with some hardware elements and order the same on web site, how can I do? Is there a chat assistance?
