@Alexsv252 If you've gone through all the suggested steps and yet the issue persists, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Do note that 95C is a normal temperature for your processor. It is the temperature at which the processor throttles.  

For best performance, change the power plan under Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Power Options to "High Performance", and in Omen Command Center in the 'Performance Control' tab for your laptop change the mode to "Comfort". This sounds ridiculous, but the "Comfort" mode ramps up the fans faster and attempts to keep temperatures down more.  

Even with that, it's a laptop. There is no gaming laptop that can maintain full overclock with highly multithreaded games. The thermal envelope of a laptop is too restricted for that. Compare the amount of air moved through a typical gaming desktop with that of any gaming laptop. Even with two fans running at high speed and heat tubes running to relatively large (by laptop standard) finned heat sinks, it simply can't move enough air through the restricted area available for radiating heat. To resolve this would require a large box. They sell these. They're called "gaming desktops". 

In short, any gaming laptop is a compromise between portability and performance. Adding larger fans and larger heat sinks would require a significantly thicker, heavier, and less portable laptop, and the Omen is already rather chonky for a modern laptop. This is something you should understand before buying a gaming laptop, you should understand that you will run at lower resolution and frame rate than with a desktop gaming machine because of the thermal limits of a laptop, any laptop. It is what it is.

My warranty is near it's end and I guess this was a good experience to realize where to buy future stuff even if they seem well priced.
