Based on what you shared:
The battery and adapter passed diagnostics,
The laptop gets hot fast,
The charger tip heats up noticeably, and
The issue happens regardless of charge level or charger used.
This does sound like a deep-seated hardware issue, possibly with the charging circuit or motherboard power regulation components. When the system detects abnormal heat or power inconsistencies, it might force a sleep/shutdown to protect itself — that’s likely why it lasts just a minute or two on AC before shutting off.
Here’s what you can try next:
Hardware Reset (again, just to be thorough)
Shut down, unplug, and hold the power button for 15–30 seconds.
Boot without the charger first. Once fully up, plug in and see if it triggers the issue.
Temperature Monitoring
Install something like HWMonitor or CoreTemp and check if the CPU/GPU temps spike sharply right after plugging in the charger.

Thye laptop is still shutting down within a minute or 2 after I did the force shutting down, I used omen gaming hub to check for the temp rise here is the result
the CPU went to that temp (102°) within a minute, and it keeps rising as I'm typing this right now
