Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after a short power outage i booted up my laptop and "preparing automatic repair" popped up so i decided to go outside and came back home after 2 hours and its still there and so i decided to go to system recovery but now its stuck in "please wait" for an hour or so
