OMEN Laptop - 15-en0023dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi-

My H, Y, and 6 keys stop working from time to time. This has been going on for about a week now.  Sometimes if I hold the key it will eventually work. Other times nothing until it starts working again.  Drivers are updated. Windows 10. HP Omen 15, about 2 years old.

Any ideas?

hi

The computer is only a few years old, but it may be a hardware problem.
It is also possible that it is just a little dirt, I advise you to go see a professional
You would have to disassemble I think to check, but you could make the situation worse
you could get a small usb troubleshooting keyboard, for laptop, check if it's ok
It has a small flexible keyboard, it could be a solution if it is too expensive to have it repaired!
