hp omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning,
I have the following inconvenience;
I acquired a monitor 24 'AOC G2060 144hz, the monitor worked on my HP OMEN with GTX 1050ti without any inconvenience until yesterday that I stopped recognizing the monitor.
change cable, look for DVi adapters and I still have the message "NO SIGNAL" I thought it could be problem of the AoC Monitor by which connect to another hp omen and it works correctly.
the weirdest thing is to reinstall thinking that it was a problem with drivers, update everything obtaining the same result.
the monitor is not recognized by my notebook, connect 4 different monitors: 3 AOC, 1 LG ULTRAWIDE 28 ', of which only one worked on my machine the LG brand, I NEED AN URGENT HELP PORFAVOR, the AOC G2060 monitor works with other notebook

@dc86,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • What is the product number for your computer?
  • To which port the monitor is connected?
  • Are you using any adapters?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
