what is the max ram speed that i can get

No, but you can upgrade to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 MHz memory.

 

DDR5 memory runs at a lower voltage than DDR4 memory and can't fit in a DDR4 memory slot to prevent someone from shorting out the motherboard/memory.
