Product: HP Omen laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

tried to buy recovery software for an omen laptop, but I did not get an order number. How can I contact someone to see if my order went through

If you're talking about software to do a factory reset, then read this:  

 

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

Thank you!! this solved my problem. I was able to download in install the recovery software on a 32gb usb drive. this was for a 2016 model HP Omen 15 laptop.
