I previously had ubuntu dual booted with Windows which I removed and switched it with Fedora. Even after removing them the boot option of Ubuntu is still present in Boot options and Boot order of OMEN bios startup menu. Changing the order doesn't let me boot directly into fedora as fedora is preferred than windows in new order. When powered on, laptop boots into ubuntu's grub loader where grub commandline pops up, where I completely removed Ubuntu.

When I run diskpart in cmd and list the volumes, it's only showing the windows related volumes and not listing the fedora volumes. Is there a way to refresh the bios so that it can rescan available boot options or forcefully remove the uninstalled Ubuntu's bootloader through Windows

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be reinstall Windows and clean the disk using Diskpart during the setup process.
1. From inside Windows Setup (for example at the 'Install Now' screen, press Shift+F10 to open a command prompt window.
2. Type Diskpart and enter.
3. Type list disk (look for your disk number, check the size of the disk) Should be Disk 0.
4. Type select disk <disk number> Example: select disk0 (select the disk you want to format)
5. Type clean.
6.. Close the command prompt window.
7. Continue the Windows Setup installation.
