screen blank cannot boot up

hp omen  screen blank i try press 15 sec power button shutdown then press again still screen blank

i press windows key+b then power screen still blank i hear fan is running

external monitor also not work any idea to slove it? i use about 6 month  only really disappointed with hp laptop before that i got many time blue screen now is screen blank custermor service also not help much... dear hp pls do a serious  test  before sold to customer

As you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the display screen and may need repair.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable.

Do you see (boot screen and) Windows loading on external monitor ?

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

(2) Please report back

 already connect my laptop to tv use hdmi still no signal on tv

caps lock no light also when press

but feel warm at bottom laptop fan is run

screen also blank

(1) Power off notebook

(2) Disconnect charger

(3) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4) Connect charger

(5) Follow --->>> BIOS Recovery Reinstall with USB

Use  >>> another <<< Windows 10/11 computer to create <USB flash drive>

Use a FAT32-formatted small <USB flash drive> (Type USB 2.0)

(6) Repeat reflash procedures: 

• windows + b <USB flash drive> not connected
• windows + v <USB flash drive> not connected
• windows + b <USB flash drive> connected
• windows + v <USB flash drive> connected
