hello, i purchased the new omen 15 on June 18, as off today, July 16, my purchase will not be shipped until august 8th. i want a refund so that i buy it somewhere else, but apparently after the first couple hours you cannot cancel your order mine in which was over 1300 dollars. i need someone to explain to me if i can refund my purchase and how.

We have no control over purchasing here in the forum. All I can do is ask an HP agent to offer help.

They will chime in with in the next day usually.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
