I have a problem with my laptop where my NVMe SSD won’t get detected, but after restarting, it eventually shows up. I have tried contacting HP support via email, but all I got back was a confirmation email stating that they received my message and another email saying that my case would be closed in 1 business day if I don’t contact customer support—which I have already done, but I haven't received any further response.
What else can I do?

There are firmware updates for the SSD NVME card
Samsung
Western Digital
Intel.
What ssd nvme do you have? See if you have one of those 3 above and try to update the firmware.
Using the windows command prompt, please run the following command and report back what it reveals if you want help.
wmic diskdrive get model, size, mediaType, status |
for example
If you have powershell then run it from the administrators command prompt to get better information:
powershell Get-PhysicalDisk |
Get the latest HP support assistant and see what it recommends.
It may find a newer firmware release for your ssd nvme
let me know what you find out.

if you continue to have problems then
If you did not register your product with HP when you bought it then the warranty you are seeing is based on date of manufacture, not date of purchase. You can update the warranty status by contacting HP and providing a proof of purchase.
This link shows how to get warranty information.

To contact an agent:
your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.

Hello BeemerBiker
thanks for your effort. I have finaly tried every thing you recomendet but it is still doing the same thing. Will it be posibke that is bad connector?Hello [Recipient's Name],
Thank you for your effort and assistance. I have now tried everything you recommended, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
Could it be possible that the problem is due to a faulty connector? If so, how can I test it to confirm?
I appreciate your guidance. And how will i be abel ro test that?
