Hi @amrit21

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The Total Graphics Power (TGP) settings on a laptop's GPU are typically locked by the manufacturer to ensure optimal performance while balancing factors such as heat dissipation and battery life.

In the case of your Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop with an RTX 3050, the TGP is capped by HP to manage these factors.

Attempting to modify or exceed these limits by flashing or modding the vBIOS could lead to several risks, including:

Overheating: Increasing TGP can cause the system to generate more heat than it's designed to manage, potentially leading to overheating and damaging internal components.

Instability: Modifying system settings can lead to instability or crashes, affecting the reliability of your system.

Void Warranty: Any modifications such as flashing or vBIOS modding can void your warranty and remove official support from HP.

Unexpected Behavior: Unauthorized adjustments may cause unexpected behavior or performance degradation over time.

It is advisable to adhere to the factory settings to ensure the longevity and reliability of your laptop. If you're looking to optimize performance, consider evaluating software configurations, driver updates, ensuring proper cooling, or exploring accessories like cooling pads to manage temperatures during heavy usage.

However, any unofficial modification to system settings is not recommended due to the potential risks mentioned above.
