Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

does this SSD 4TB fit and compatible with HP Omen 15- dc0003nx ?

It is a 2.5" format and its thickness is 7mm therefore it will physically fit. It has 4TB therefore you have to format it to GPT file format and please check the following article to work this out
