Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello everyone
my problem is that the usb-c port doesn't fast charge my phone when i connect my phone to it, it starts fast charging it but after 5 seconds it stops fast charging and charging time goes more than 2 hours,
for usb 3 ( the usb port next to it ) it's even worse, it goes more than 5 hours,
what can i do?

What is your phone ? What is the BEST option for charging source. Fast charge normally will kill battery faster.
