When we want to information about my notebook we called your customer representative and we asked that "we want to information about notebook, when it will come to us?" and he said that "we don't know. we are still waiting piece of the laptop. If it comes we will call you." then we said "okey we wait you" But we have been still waiting for 31 days, what we should do, where are my rights? I will not wait you no more, don't distract me anymore! I want to new same notebook or refund!
