Hello, I am planning to purchase an HP Victus 16-R1045NE from Kimo Store (seller) in Egypt.

Serial Number:

>Do not include the product serial number, any case numbers, or any private information like Email or Phone Number<.

Product Number: 9Y6J2EA

Kimo Store told me that the laptop comes with an authorized Ensure Services warranty.

Could you please confirm:

1. Is this specific laptop covered by official HP Egypt consumer warranty?

2. Is Ensure Services currently an authorized HP consumer warranty service provider in Egypt for this laptop?

3. If I need a warranty repair, can I take the laptop to Ensure Services and have it repaired under HP warranty?

4. What is the current warranty status and expiration date for this serial number?

5. If the warranty is already active but the expiration date is close or earlier than expected, can the warranty period be corrected or extended after I provide the original purchase invoice?

6. After purchasing the laptop, can I submit the invoice to HP to update the warranty start date based on the actual purchase date?
