Microsoft Windows 11

have recently started video editing and content creation, and I'm looking to upgrade my HP Victus 16-e0351AX to maximize its performance. I want to know the maximum possible upgrades for RAM and SSD per slot. Specifically, I am interested in knowing the highest amount of RAM I can install and the largest capacity SSD compatible with my laptop. Any guidance on how to achieve these upgrades would be greatly appreciated.

Memory:

The notebook supports 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 MHz memory.

SSD:

Unfortunately, there is no information from HP regarding what the max capacity NVMe SSD you can install.

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that HP offered drives up to 1 TB in storage capacity in the model series.

That is usually just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.

The Crucial SSD report for the model series indicates that they offer NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB in the model series.

Theoretically, a 4 TB SSD would work.  I can't think of any reason why one wouldn't.

The notebook has support for two M.2 NVMe SSD's as shown in chapter 5, page 34.

The NVMe slots are PCIe Gen 3.0.

A Gen 4.0 NVMe SSD will work but it will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds.

This table shows the maximum transfer speed each PCIe slot generation can provide:
