Visible only on black. On camera they are better visible. Is that okay?

Well, it's not ideal but I don't think it is indicative of something "bad".
It looks like "bleed", that is, light bleeding from the display into the screen.
You could perhaps mitigate the effects by turning down the brightness.
I don't think "bleed" is covered under warranty as a defect unless there is significant impairment. Do NOT take this as gospel - it is my opinion only based on what might be a faulty memory of the subject matter.
Consider:
Add this to the list of things you want to ask HP (I saw your other thread for which you received an answer from an agent).

Sorry, had to reply to this. This is defenitly something bad. Because of the presure the display frame is putting onto the LCD, this bleedings are being created.
I've had 2 OMEN 15 laptops in my hands with the same problem: one had this after a poorly done repair and the other one came like that straight from factory. After becoming an HP customer I've realized how poor the dedication put into the products and the customer service is.
In my case the bleedings are worse, so not even at the lowest brightness will even camuflate - and I believe that in the case of @sergal3 neither will they.
Saying that you don't think this is something "bad", that's really, really bad.
