HP Omen charger
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I put in a order for a HP Omen charger over a week ago but it says that the order is still processing and the charge in my bank account is now gone (it used to show up on my bank account previously). Just wondering if anyone knew who best to contact because I've been called the hp sales team and they told me they couldn't help because this is a hp part and I can't find any contact details on this website that pertains to delivery status (there's a technical support service but that doesn't seem relevant).

Unfortunately, Due to the panic situation, there is the delayed delivery,

 

Please contact  HP shopping and can chat on the shopping website.
