Hi @Semih3,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Victus by HP gaming laptop. Disconnecting from the Wi-Fi network can be frustrating, but there are several potential solutions you can try. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow.

  • Update Wi-Fi drivers: Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause connectivity issues. Visit the HP support website and download the latest Wi-Fi drivers for your laptop model. Install them and see if the problem persists.
  • Restart your router and modem: Sometimes, connectivity problems can be resolved by simply restarting your networking devices. Turn off your router and modem, wait for a few seconds, and then turn them back on. Allow them to fully reboot before attempting to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.
  • Reset network settings: Resetting your network settings can help resolve any misconfigurations that might be causing the disconnection problem. Go to the network settings on your laptop and look for an option to "Reset network settings" or "Reset Wi-Fi settings." Note that this may remove any saved Wi-Fi passwords, so make sure you have them handy before proceeding.
  • Disable power-saving mode: Some laptops have power-saving features that can affect Wi-Fi connectivity. Check your power settings and ensure that any power-saving modes related to the network adapter or Wi-Fi are disabled.
  • Check for interference: Other electronic devices or physical obstructions near your laptop and router can cause signal interference. Move your laptop closer to the router and make sure there are no devices like cordless phones or microwave ovens nearby that could disrupt the Wi-Fi signal.
  • Disable conflicting applications: Certain applications or antivirus/firewall software can interfere with Wi-Fi connectivity. Temporarily disable any security software or applications that might be conflicting with your network connection and see if that resolves the issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
