my hard drive has crashed and there is no windows in my laptop right know can u guys please help.

Hi:

 

See if your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

Here is the info link for how to use the cloud recovery tool...

You will need to have access to another Windows PC that is running W7 64 bit or newer to create the bootable USB recovery drive.
