HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e All-in-One Printer

I purchased my HP OfficeJet Pro 8130e printer on September 6th, 2024 and have been having issues to complete the set up. After many resets and updates on the printer and my laptop the set up is finally complete on October 25th,2024. When I get to the point of activating my 12 months of ink through instant ink it shows that it is only giving me a 3 month free trial. How do I get my 12 months that was suppose to be included with the printer that I purchased???
