2 MONTH FREE TRIAL WAS NOT GIVEN AS AN OPTION - PRINTER HP DESKJET 3639

I was only offered a 1 month free trial, but my documentation states 2-month free trial included in my recent purchase. I registered for the $4.99 a month subscription.

@ADRAPER I have a few steps that would help you, however, I'll need a few details from you, first,

 

here's what I need you to do:

Check the contents of your printer box for an enrollment code relating to your trial.

If you have the printer enrolled and if the trial was not applied, Please send me a screenshot of the trial through a private message with the details and I may have an option to get the trial applied. 

 

Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it as I've sent out a message to get this started:
