@SillyYaya, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your your email accounts!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand how frustrating it must be to deal with login issues, especially when it’s been going on for so long. Let’s work through this together and see if we can sort it out.

Here are a few things you can try to help resolve the issue:

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:

  • Open Chrome.
  • Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
  • Select Cookies and Cached Images/Files and click Clear Data.

Try Incognito Mode:

  • Open Chrome.
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N to open an incognito window.
  • Try logging in from there to see if the same issue happens.

Check Saved Passwords:

  • Go to Settings > Autofill > Passwords in Chrome.
  • Check if the old account credentials are saved there. If so, try removing them.

Let me know if this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
